The right Baking Recipes make Brilliant Bread
Yesterday, I've found a fantastic baking recipe from one of my most-used e-cookbooks on making bread and right away gone in to the kitchen to begin cooking of the afterwards result. And I have worked hard at this one, as I always did, spending a good few hours and I finally opened my oven to see what exactly I've created only to see something I was definitely not expecting. Man, was I angry. Not only I've discovered that this thing I cooked doesn't look anything at all like I have seen on the photograph, but it didn't taste anywhere as nice as the recipe says or as I've though I'd get either. And I'll even say that it was a disaster.
Yes, baking bread is absolutely not an easy process and sometimes can be tedious, but it is all part of having a good time! I like baking, but today I've failed. The amusing thing is that I followed the cook book from cover to cover from that baking recipe I have read and sure have done everything right. A lot of dudes never succeed to make the bread they desire for the obvious reason that it's a delicate process and guys often get tired and stop after a couple failed attempts & this is one of the worst parts, because there are hundreds of that baking recipes to choose from and many of different ideas taught by hundreds of different people and you will become master at it all comes to one with experimenting.
So, what transforms you into a great baking specialist? I'd say determination to succeed, the right knowledge and a lot of effort and practice. Some very basic knowledge can change the bakers experience a lot. E.g. there are techniques which stop the bread from sticking to the cooking pan this can be fixed with the help of some fundamental knowledge and yet will stay extremely painful if you have not got the knowledge. So, believe it or not, possessing the baking recipes in your hands is just part of that equation. Also, speaking of baking recipes, - how sure are you that the recipe you hold provides you with the best possible way your baking can be performed? You will not discover in many, unless you're an expert already. And that is yet another issue there are thousands of cook books that have billions of various recipes in them, and not all of them are good.
One of the other important in my opinion and from my experience components that can improve taste of your home made bread is cornmeal. You can bake your bread much better and tastier only by simply adding cornmeal component, and here's how it works: while you are oiling your pan, you add the cornmeal component to your pan after you slightly oil it as you usually do. This caused the bread to stick to the cornmeal while baking and that will make your task tons easier when extracting your home-made bread after it has finished baking. And that is it! It's as basic as that, but improves the quality of your home made bread as well as improving general baking experience.
